Pre-Event:

There are many components to planning a successful event.  Winning Systems will guide you and your team through this process. The list below includes some of the tasks that we coordinate for your event:

• Review history of the event
• Analyze your event success to enhance it moving forward
• Coordinate budget and meet budget restraints to insure cost effective solutions
• Provide cost comparisons
• Research venues and vendors
• Customize a plan for the client and audience needs
• Develop and execute an overall customized timeline
• Incorporate new components to keep your event updated and fresh
• Collaborate with your Event Committee(s) to explore new ideas and put them into action    
• Coordinate moving parts  
• Prepare your on-site giving plan    

Day of Event

• Execute all aspects of the timeline from load-in to tear-down
• Provide all day of materials as needed (signage, registration, programs, auido visual as required, etc.)
• Manage all the on-site moving parts

Post Event

• Analyze the overall event and its success
• Provide formal survey to obtain feedback from staff and committee members for future events
• Close out all venue related items and vendor contracts
• Provide thank you notes
