Cortney's ability to build relationships on a personal level creates an environment of teamwork and cooperation resulting in successful events with consistent, positive outcomes.  Always thinking outside the box, she has adapted many techniques and styles to fit every project.  Her objective is to create an event that best emphasizes each client's message most effectively while still meeting their pre-event vision and goals.

Having earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Elmhurst College, Cortney continues to bring a high level of professionalism, dedication and integrity to Winning Systems.

Cortney and her husband Brad have two sons, Bryce and Camden, and enjoy traveling in their spare time.
