In our initial meetings we typically meet with your executive director, development leaders and other key staff or board personnel. We learn about your mission, your history, your challenges and successes--where the organization has been, and where you want to take it. We learn about your services, the people served, your programs and current sources of funding.
We work hard to learn what drives your team - and why others should feel the passion and understand the need for committing their support to help you succeed.
Then we develop a confidential, proprietary strategic plan providing a clear “blueprint” of how we are going to help you achieve your objectives. Together, we fine-tune and agree on the plan, target new sources of revenue and decide how we are going to open the doors to these new sources of funding. We determine responsibilities, examine costs, define measurement methodologies and target return-on-investment. Strategic Plans are then, typically, presented to your board of directors for final input and approval.
Our dedicated staff works hand-in-hand with our clients to ensure smooth, efficient plan implementation. Certain plans may be focused on a particular near-term campaign or event. Other plans may be ongoing, multi-tactical programs implemented over an extended period of time to help you achieve more substantive or ongoing goals.
